Participants in the Day of Transformation are typically between the ages of 14-18, and a qualification session is required. Consulting physicians, including Dr. Jenna, are sensitive to the age of the skin, and location of scars. Furthermore, certain areas are more prone to change with age. While some exceptions are considered, in general, facial scar transformations on the face are limited to ages 16-18. From the neck and shoulders down however, more work can be done. It is common to have scars on the arms from self-inflicted damage, such as cutting, but also accidents, such as a grooming technician being impaled by a sheer when a dog spooked! Scars on the abdomen, upper and lower leg can often require two or more sessions.

For direct qualification, contact the North Idaho Medical Spa, identify yourself as a prospective patient (and have your parental guardian prepared to attend and sign the required forms). Typically, photos will be taken (on a phone) and sent in for review, and as required, an in-person consultation will be conducted. All at no cost to the patient.

DOTs are scheduled every other month, with openings on the following two sessions:
